Shipping
Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been signed for. All shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. Before signing for your package, please inspect it carefully.
Shipping Address Verification
We only ship to confirmed addresses. If the shipping address provided does not match the billing address associated with your ATM/Debit/Checking account, the order will not be processed.
Delivery Time
Domestic Orders (within the US): Delivery times will be determined at the customer’s discretion. Customers will have the option to select from multiple delivery options based on the chosen carrier and their preferred timeframe.. Domestic Shipping Fee: Dependent on order.
Shipping During Sales
Please note that during sales events, shipping times may be extended due to high order volume. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Sales & Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing and shipment of your order.
Note: All orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only possible upon approval from management. If you wish to exchange your purchase, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original, unaltered condition and returned in the original packaging.
Restocking Fee
A $20 restocking fee will apply to all exchanges.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
FearlessBhair is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. To ensure secure delivery, a signature is required for all shipments. No refunds will be issued for packages returned to FearlessBhair. If your package is returned to us, we will reach out to arrange reshipment.
